Eating a Healthy, Balanced Diet

I remember when I first started eating a healthy, balanced diet…My boyfriend was livid. I turned down our usual dinner: pizza. I stopped buying sweetened iced teas and soda at the grocery store. And, I even said “no, thank you” to sharing ice cream (my favorite pastime). While all of these things took a while for him to get used to, what he just couldn’t get used to was how long it would take me to cook us dinner.
