Thought I would try a new place to have a nail fill,, So u go in an not greeted,, the u see the sign "nail fill" 25 dollars,,lie,, Then u sit down an the person does not even have a wrist holder so your hands can be relaxed,, very displeased would not recommend VIP ,, 55 dollars later for a nail fill,,

Worst Manicure Ever. Was cut with the cuticle trimmer and even the Dremel, on most fingers. Dip powder in a dark color was a mess on every nail, all around the edges of the fingernail and skin. When I asked for it to be fixed, the manicurist tried filing the color off with a nail file, on my skin.

They did a great job on my nails! I just moved here and I saw how they have bad reviews on here but my experience was great, they were friendly and the prices are good too, not too expensive like the others.

I would give negative stars if there was an option to do so. Had a male tech who rushed my pedicure and manicure. I think my pedicure took about 15 minutes total. He was very sloppy, none of my nails were trimmed evenly, and the whole salon was extremely dirty. On top of all of that I got gel on my nails and toes which is supposed to last a minimum of two weeks. It has been 4 days and both my nails and toes are already chipping off. He also cut my finger while trimming my cuticles and didn't even acknowledge it. They charged me $80 for everything and I feel like I literally just threw $80 out of the window. I will never ever go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going there either!

I went to vip nails because I was recommended there and I has vary high standards everyone was vary friendly but once the male tech got to the line work he did it vary fast and carelessly after he told me my design I requested was no problem and after the matter he flaunts me around to all the other techs as they laugh at how bad my nails look it was so bad I went to go give them a tip out of the grace of my heart for their time they gave, me it back because of how bad they treated me I could go on but that should suffice.I hope the male tech reads this so he and the rest of the techs feel ashamed and realize why they never get any business
