Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following:

  2. Identification of the Removed Content
    Identify the material that has been removed or disabled and provide the URL or other specific location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  3. Statement of Good Faith

  4. Consent to Jurisdiction
    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.

    A physical or electronic signature of the person filing the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers
